Amanda Bossard net worth
In 1992, Amanda Bossard began her research in marine biology at Anchorage in Alaska at the University of Alaska Pacific. Bossard started her journey in the industry of commercial seafood in 1999. That year, she worked on Murat Aritan's 65-foot halibut boat, which was later transformed into a fishing tender. Bossard is currently married to Aritan and they have joined together to assert their rights to the industry. The two are proponents of conserving renewable and sustainable sources of seafood. Otolith was founded in Philadelphia in the year 2000 by Bella Bossard who is now the mother of two children with ages of 3 and 1 Bossard. Otolith's name is a fond reference to Bossard's extensive knowledge about fish biology and her husband's vast connections to the business of fishing. It is common for them to be apart for five months each time they pursue sustainable and financial goals which reflect their dedication and independence wherever they live. Bossard and their son Andre and daughter Isabella will be returning to Southeast Alaska every summer as deckhands for the salmon season. They use hooks and line to capture their salmon before joining Aritan to market their products to local processors for two months. They then continue to increase their direct seafood market through Otolith Sustainable Seafood. Amanda Bossard was hired as a News 12 Anchor/MMJ and News 12 Brooklyn on November 15, 2015. Her passion is reporting on the lives of individuals and communities she works in.
